The northern hemisphere will be represented by the T20 team of the most successful English cricketing county – the almighty Yorkshire Vikings. Hailing from the county where cricket is the sporting lifeblood, these hard-bitten warriors take to the field with a warning battle cry of ‘blood, sweat and tears’ led by the fearsome yet friendly mascot ‘Vinny the Viking’ the Yorkshire heroes take no prisoners.
Captained by metronomic seam bowler Steven Patterson, who is widely recognised as Yorkshire’s Mr Reliable and was an integral part of the county’s Championship success in 2014 and ’15, Steve and his team will be gearing up to replicate their domestic success on the international stage.
